Ha,way, we're due a win. Just need to work harder, feeling strangely optimistic, Shame Catts and McGeady are out mind,
I'd have gone but currently on train heading Sarrfff. I can't wait to move back up so that I can attend more games
Not seen much of the ladt few games but from the reports i've read we've been very poor. The players need to start to show a bit more to give fans something to get behind. Heard a few negative comments on grayson, surely the bloke needs a bit of time to figure out his best system and get the players to gel, before the season most seemed fairly accepting that this would be the case and we'd probably start slowly. Hope for an encouraging perfomance tonight and maybe nick it by the single goal.
All of our recents signings have been followed by the comments "they couldn't wait to get here". Well, guys it's time you put your big boy pants on and it showed it on the pitch. I'm sick of the bullshit comments...go out there and do it. Show the passion on the field that you talk about off it. Maybe Grayson should take some of our long suffering fans into the changing room prior to the game and let them talk about the sh*t we have seen over the years and what it feels like to work every week...put a shift in for peanuts...and watch them f*ckers not try and get paid a fortune. Would be interesting to see Rodwell's face when that conversation came out... My signature page is "faint hearts win f*ck all".....sums it up at the moment really. Let's go out tonight....get in there faces, blood and snot tackles, press them all over the field and play a high tempo game.....here endeth my sermon.
Relying on the wind and rain to even things up in our favour and we get a sneaky fluke goal to edge it.
I'd definitely have JOS on if Catts is unavailable if only for leadership and direction on the pitch - it was absent on Saturday. I,m not predicting on this one - I don't want to jinx it as its too important to lose
He just doesn't cut it as an inspirational figure to me and his press conferences do not instill me with any sort of confidence. So if that's the impression I have, I can see many of the group of players feeling the same. Didn't want him at all - he's been a manager in the 2nd tier for years and achieved SFA!! Finally we are playing s h I t football and he's on the touch line looking totally inept. That's why!!! And my pi$$ is boiling. Bart
