Was being facetious. He'd give Phil Neville competition for the 'unacceptable face of football' title.

He has a face that looks like it was made in plasticine by a six year old.

Pundits in the Spam game discussing how slow it is to get the ball back into play when it goes out.
I think that we currently have the same issue at Wembley, as there's quite a gap between the pitch and the stands.
Not really a big issue, but I hope it's not something that we'll experience at the new stadium.

If the images the club have put out are accurate it likely won't be such an issue as, while the gap between the pitch and the stands seems to be a little bigger than at WHL, it seems to be about the same as Old Trafford or the Emirates - while the gap at Wembley or the White Elephant is about the same as the Grand Canyon.

Never thought de Boer was the right man for Palace and thank you West Ham for keeping us in fifth.

Man City's squad is officially named the most expensive in the world at £775m.

But no doubt Pep will be hailed as a managerial genius if they win major trophies this year, when in reality he is no better than a kid playing FIFA career mode with cheats turned on.

I'm sure i could do it for £600 million (and half of it would be spent on high class hookers, class As and booze)

I was looking at the managers throughout the leagues coming and going.Hardly anyone stays for long......unless you've bought the right combinations.....or you are lucky enough to have that diamond (or two!) in your team......the goalscorer........that can make or break a manager. Wenger's had two(?) in the past..........

    Many <ok>

They weren't all diamonds, they were just players who gave their all for 95/6 mins every game and never gave up.

If you cannot understand the magic Pep has done
in making Citeh competitive in the PL with Spurs
while only needing to spend twice as much money
to get that squad, then you don't know what genius is.

I'll agree with you there but his teams included many choppers over his time.Arsenal also had a lot......they appear to win trophies.
    The moral is......?

Moral is **** the morals and start winning games.

Too much looking for the perfect mix...there is no such thing. Give me choppers all day long...you won't win anything with 10 outfield choppers so that suggests to me that it's a balance in which choppers are essential

Agree with this...there were some limited talent but hard workers in that team who were hungry and got it.

Grace note Sports have stated that we are the least likely English club torch the last 16 of the CL with Liverpool standing a better chance, it's because we lost at Wembley last season. Let's make a note of this. I've seen the Dortmund team and we can win it. Like Everton they have top names out so let's make hay etc etc. We CAN win this.
