Been here since the January window : Ayew, Carroll ,Olsson ,Narshingh . This window , Clucas, .2 appearances ...Abraham ,4 appearances ....Mesa , 1 appearance ...Bony , 21 minutes ....Sanches , 1 appearance . Clement is a good mechanic and has the tools now and has the new parts to put in and fine tune the team . 9 players since the January window , almost all will eventually be starters IMO , bit of perspective please . As for Sanches , it was the first start for the young man the Premier League has been raving about as " One of the signings of the summer " . Not the slightest bit worried . I'm extremely happy with Fernandez's two super starts in a row and expect huge things from him the rest of the season .

There's not much quality in that list at all Roof.

Clement struggled yesterday and worryingly couldn't see it or wouldn't change it.

I was more concerned with the tactics, which were a throwback to the Paulo Sousa regime when we used to try to bore the opponents (and fans!) into submission!

Sorry valley , there is just no quality in that post .... but fill your boots making it .

Do you think the following are quality players?

Fer, Carroll, Clucas, Naughton, Fernandez, Ayew, Mawson (might be one day), Narsingh and Mesa who can't buy a game in a bang average midfield?

Do you also think that Clement got his tactics correct yesterday?

From the time the January window opened till the end of the season Clement gathered 29 points in 19 games . Now along with those new players in the January window he has 4 new players to gel . And yes , I think all those players you mentioned are quality players ...waiting to gel . Seems the big problem around here at times ( especially you ) is judgements built on sand . Of all the players you mentioned the one that I do worry about is Mawson . He's got that " Lose a game on one play " thing ready to rear it's ugly head at any time ( Like Bartley )

Because of the form of Gylfi, Llorente and a certain Mr Britton being brought back into the side, not by choice either, as Clement had already frozen hbim out. Our form dramatically improved with the re introduction of Leon.

They're bang average players and that's why we are in for another tough season.

We make most teams look like Barca which is ironic really when we was once said by many that we were the Barca of the premiership....

"Swanselona".

Ah, those 'halcyon days', when Swansea City charmed the footballing world. I remember them well.
If Dylan Thomas were alive he would have written a volume of poems, short stories and plays, eulogising the men in white.
I don't suppose he could write some posthumously ?
I guess not.
More's the pity.

I am proud of the Swans with the way we fought off Petty and survived by just 20 minutes from going out of the league and i was even prouder the way we would fight for every point to go from Div 2 right up to the premiership in a short time. That is what i call being proud of your club...
I cant say that today and i feel embarrassed to be honest of what we have become, Once Jack to a king went public all around the world to some amazing revues we have become unrecognizable. The Morgans jumped ship with Millions in their pocket, The rest of the Board took their share including Jenkins,,,,,It looks like we have been sold down the river selling to these American Billionaires who dont have a clue about what is needed to stay at the top and put Jenkins in charge with the instruction to Make a profit on players at all costs,
This is not the Swansea way at all and the fans who love the club are being fobbed off with spin and lies to keep them sweet and some hope, But the truth is since Jack to a King we have had some of the worst managers we could ever have that are Yes managers and i think we have another with Clem tbh.....Im far from proud of what we have become as i feel we are waiting for the inevitable....Relegation..
