Yep it looks like, that would mean the David Busst's horrific career ending injury at OT was deliberate and Bert Trautmann's broken neck was deliberate, like accidents don't happen in football do they.

It was a terrible sight, an absolutely sad accident, sometimes incidents like Ben Thatcher and Ibra etc aren't accidental, but like today's goalkeeper injury busst's was entirely accidental.

Difference was there was no retribution by Mane, yet you seem outraged by an accident yet calm about what your own players are capable of.

I don't think there was any intent or malice in Manes challenge. He's not that sort of player.

It was reckless though, and in all honesty the keeper was lucky just to take a knock on the jaw. It could have been a whole lot worse than that.

That is the only reason I believe it was a fair red. He should really have been more aware that the keeper would have been rushing out.
