I did the chilli with 50/50 beef and pork mince and have to say, **** the pork. 100% beef is better, I can't agree with anything else.
Did a short pork rib stew, sautéed the onions in mustard, smoked paprika, honey, red chillies, tomato puree & thyme then browned off the ribs. Added stock potatoes, carrots, and beans. Sucked that meat clean off the bone...
