    If you want to make it right you need to chop up mushrooms, onions and tomatoes then fry that and lay it on top of the roasted cheese. Then add a wee bit ketchup on top with black pepper.

    I have only heard it being called "roasted cheese" once and that was a guy from Kirkintilloch, strangely enough. It should be called "cheese on toast". Did anybody spot the timposter on follow follow who called it "toast on cheese", aye nae bother ya fenian bastard I'm going to put a bit of toast on top of my cheese. ****ing fanny.
