Anyone on ITTV who hasn't seen thru him must be thick. Which I suppose explains Reams & Colin...

Of course they have, the other apologists would only react if they were not singing from the same hymn sheet.

What gets me with them is that they read the filth that the moderator posts and let it go!

The Welshman has been very restrained on ITTV since learning that Richard Murray reads his forum in between dying his hair and dressing like an 21 year old (sadly his midlife crisis started 10 years earlier at Charlton)

As soon as we get new owners, I am going to start an online petition via Twitter to get P.May and N.Williamson banned for life from the Valley.

Nobody will notice anyway, as neither of them go to our games

The squirrel and mates must be aware of the forum, and yet they still allow them to have a one hour Q & A, unbelievable.

That is the question they should ask themselves.

No-holds-barred mickey taking is fair enough, we are all grown-ups. And there's nothing wrong with holding strong views and ridiculing your opponents.
But things go beyond that at ITTV.
Posts sometimes cross the line into areas where forum moderators would be expected to step in. But in their case it is the moderator himself who posts such material. And how often is a voice raised against it? Not often enough.

IA would be the first one to announce that he abhors all forms of violence and intimidation if you care to ask. Yet he tolerates (and as far as I know never types one word of objection to) some pretty unsavoury posts concerning individual members of the protest movement.

Not all ITTV members are as ridiculously self-publicising about their supposed high moral standards as IA, but they are all willing to tolerate the posts which (for instance) question wonderingly why violence has not befallen certain people.

In my opinion that is a veiled threat - nothing more, nothing less. If I ever posted something like that here or on any other forum I would expect to be warned about it. In the end I decided that I could not be part of a forum which condones such attitudes.

I wonder why the CEO of Charlton Athletic would wish to be associated with a fans' forum that allows such views.
Can only conclude that she has so few friends or allies that she cannot afford to be very choosy.

That could turn out to be a mistake in the longer run. Still, hardly the first she has made.

She cheapens the club, if she can do it any more than she has done already.

You are far better off on here @lardiman

We don't agree on everything (or anything) but it's done with a bit of wit and civility.

When was the last time you saw humour on
    ITTV ?

Of course ...Jonkool putting a smiley after every craven apologist comment he makes.

I still cannot believe the 'sex on the pitch' episode, and that we did not get more hammered publicity wise than we did.

An absolute laughing stock of a club since January 2014.

    @lardiman

Nigel Wummingson has referred to you over on ITTV as “Everitt’s bastard son” ?

Is there a paternity suit looming, or have you done something to upset the Dave Lee Travis lookalike ?

Can't remember the last time I even mentioned him.
Nice to know he remembers me though.

One thing I used to believe we had in common was a distaste for violence and intimidation, and the willingness to say as much. But whereas I believe that kind of thing is unacceptable regardless of who perpetrates it, IA seems happy to turn a blind eye to such behaviour as long as it goes on in the name of a cause he approves of.

Hey ho. Takes all sorts to make a world I guess.

A little known fact about Wummingson.

He used to work for Neil Kinnock as his PR adviser.

This was the day Nige’s career peaked -

Neil's appearance in the video for Tracey Ullman's definitive cover version of 'My Girl' by Madness runs it a close second.
I would not be surprised if IA was behind that shrewd attempt to get down with the kids.

If memory serves IA also masterminded Mick Jagger's career for a while as well, according to him.
The venerable old sage is undoubtedly a parody...sorry, paragon of modesty and rectitude, but he is not above a bit of name-dropping.
