Our management can't work out how to play against and convincingly beat an "amateur team"!!!
It's laughable, it's disgraceful, it's appalling! I don't and won't watch anymore, soon there'll just be you watching! I hope you continue to enjoy it! <laugh>

I watched the second half after work because it was on Free television.
Since Sky and BT bought the Premier league and European cup I don't bother watching most games.
I have an app to watch almost any channel but I don't get excited watching Real Athletico and Barca play each other about 4 or 5 times at least each time getting built up as unmissable.
If Sky or BT ever manage to buy The World cup I won't bother watching either.

Football is just an entertainment package now the soul has been removed.
I will go and watch us play Brum next week and will get to way more games because Norwich are average at best now so there are more tickets available for non season ticket holders.
I still enjoy football but I am no longer a fanatic, nothing I do or say will change the outcome I'm passive to it.

The default setting as an England fan is to criticise the idiot manager attack the overpriced underachieving players , scoff at every misplaced pass and moan and complain incessantly all through the game.

England are **** and are leading a group full of other **** teams beating some by 4 goals .
We will qualify for Russia flags will be put up in pubs Supermarkets will have adverts on telly selling us cheap booze and tat and for 3 weeks people will pretend that they are proud English people.
Our shirtless fans will throw plastic furniture in Russia and get beaten up and we will struggle to make it to the knock outs before being sent home by the first decent side we come up against.

Vacuous wags will be paraded pouting like fish and hopefully a scandal will materialise involving our only player that performs.

It is all ****ing bullshit, but if i was in a stadium or pub sitting next to someone like IFML rabbiting on about how bad everything is , the guy is complaining before the game starts because he's waiting in the rain to collect his tickets ffs.
I would have to either ask him to shut the **** up move seats or leave.

Why put yourself through it if it makes you so unhappy?

I see Morris scored in a 2-1 Shrews win, that's nice to see!

You really are a petty little f*** aren't you. I've not even been involved in this for nearly 48 hours. If you are getting upset in a discussion with ILD then tell him you are grumpy.

Or maybe shut up rabbeting on and whinging about it.

The issue I had with the tickets was because we got there early, and we still missed over 10 minutes of the start of the game, which I found baffling with the low attendance.

If they are going to post about how negative it is, why don't they stop watching football FFS.

If you can't even handle a 4-0 win and being top of the group without constantly moaning then you shouldn't be watching England.

Then nor should the rest of the country. Read/listen to the news. Not just the white noise in your own head.

    That doesn't make sense.
If we lost drew or even nicked the game 1-0 then you could say that was not adequate but a 4-0 thrashing is what most would expect.

Everyone who watched that knows it wasn't a 4-0 thrashing.

"Dull England edge towards World Cup with forgettable win over Malta"

"Unconvincing England Flattered By 4-0 Scoreline Against Minnows"

    "Groans as England toil"

"Don't let the scoreline fool you - England made hard work of a tedious win over Malta"

I must admit, I went to bed at half time and was surprised by the scoreline when I got up. The first half was excruciating and served me well as a sleeping potion!

Just been looking through the scores on the BBC website and I'm confused. In the Scottish Challenge Cup there is just one game, it is The New Saints v Livingston.

Have the New Saints moved to Scotland?

Weird isn't it. Sligo and Bray from Ireland are in it too! Plus a couple from NI and Wales.

You would rather see your own team lose to prove you were right and seemed disappointed that we scored.

Call it white noise if you want but this level of negativity is annoying.
Most fans were relieved that the team came good against the worn out amateurs that was probably the idea.

That pretty much sums up the BS you talk.

We were all relieved, because it was awful.
