If we do sign anyone today (or sell) then today will be the busiest day that Charnley has ever worked - he will need the rest of the season to recuperate.!
Tepid at best, but I heard we are interested in signing Carroll, well Ashley sent the lads to try sign him but they took a fancy to his watch........

Looks like the usual so,no one in and sell 4 or 5.I've a feeling it'll be worst in January,28 points by the end of December and by some fluke we unearthed 2 gems who will be sold and not spent on new players then we'll spend the next 4 months trying to get 8 points as per the .....
Sat here with the best imaginable outcome being Targett, Zoet and Lucas Perez.....and even then we've probably got to ship out 6...
I hadn't heard of Matt Targett before this morning, made a sensational total of 5 appearances in the Prem last season apparently.
So if we're really really lucky, we may get some unwanted Southampton kid, the twat who got sent home from Chelsea, and some Arsenal reject*. Hummmm.
*I actually would be really happy if we got Perez, so I don't it's gonna happen then.
The only thing I am concerned about is the goalkeepers we are now being linked with.
Hennesey from Palace, Anges 3rd choice keeper Petric and Trapp from PSG. None are better than any of the keepers we currently have and I'd prefer Woodman to get the nod over any of these.
Also Krul to Brighton being touted??? Why sell an international keeper to a divisional rival to help improve their squad just because you don't rate him?
Matty Targett would be good cover for LB but nothing more than that and tbh I'd rather give Chancel the run outs this lad would get at LB, Perez I'm not sold on but if he replaces Gayle/Mitro then fair enough though I'd rather keep hold of the latter.

I had Targett in my dream team last year, not because i'd heard good things, he was the cheapest defender in the league.
Its off now apparently we won't pay loan fee... It's ****in embarrassing now
