Morning all. Can’t remember last time we had a summer transfer day that we knew would be positive. So many years of fearing our last gem or two at the club would be flogged. This year, those who want to be here all tied down to long term contracts. Impending arrival of a couple of quality signings. Won’t be tuning in to sky coverage. They’re only interested in the usual few big name moves in and out of the top six. Lasogga and Cibicki transfer announcements being held back till today for a bit of publicity I’ll bet like Most clubs now tend to do

Now Dallas has signed I'm not expecting anybody to go out but would be happy if Sacko went on loan (especially if Pep were to look after him for a year at Oxford). Glad we got Wood situation sorted last week rather than it happening today. In terms of today I'm expecting Cibicki in 99% to happen Lasogga in 90% to happen That Swedish defender Helander 20% to happen Someone we've never heard of/u21 to sign 20% to happen Someone to go out on loan 25% to happen Someone to leave 10% to happen. Looking forward to seeing what happens and then looking forward to it being shut and over and then getting on with the season.
Deadline day is fkg joke. Months to start planning who Prem teams want, do fark all in most cases until last day, whats that all about ffs. As far as Leeds are concerned we did all our deals well inside the window, and its been brilliant, probably best ever. My understanding is that the Swede & the German are completed today when medical results come back. Swede done yesterday late so results back today, German had an ACL a while back so special attention paid to that, but expected today. We have cover all over the park in every position. CBJ can play LB or CB but think I prefer him at LB in place of Anita. We still have Pennington & Berardi to come back too. I agree that Sacko needs to go out and find himself and the shout for loaning him to Pep at Oxford is great.

I have always scouted other teams players is a hobby with me so lets hope we sign George by all accounts he is some striker but why would Wed sell him for £2m!

morning all ... pleased Cibicki is here, another young talent who fits the new Leeds profile ... no more signing donkeys and journeymen and waving goodbye to our season come October ... hopefully Lasogga's medical is ace and he joins as welł, that will round the squad off nicely with a bit of experience Tommy said that he was working personally with our rough diamonds Sacko and Ekuban, helping them to understand what runs to make when and how to bring others onto the ball in the attacking third ... if this is the case then loaning Sacko out right now may not be an option while Tommy oversees his development, but come January Tommy could feel he is ready for a loan move if he's not pushing for a starting spot ... game time will do Sacko a lot of good, and I'm also all for Oxford as we know we know we can trust Pep to help with his development, but not sure if Pep will want to look after a developing youngster in a potential promotion season Radz is God
