That's it................first test win For WI v England in 17 years

 

And very well deserved imho . Sorry to,lose , but at last ,a proper close game .

 

Fair play to them. England declared at the right time as think it was only 2/3 teams have chased over 200 to win there in test matches before.

WI just batted well and England didn't bowl too great. The target was always achievable just needed 2 good partnerships which they got.

Sets up the next game very nicely.

Moeen was poor all day and Anderson and broad got little out of the ball.

Imo England should have bowled far wider and sooner and killed the game after about 50 overs.

Stokes 5 overs... wtf... moeen was leaking runs all over... just bowl wide and force them to chase it.
