    I'm rather pleased that he has changed agents. That agent got him to dump his previous agent...probably by telling him how much better a deal that he could arrange....and then went on to balls it up. Virgil has realised this and dumped him. Not such a super agent now. I wonder how the new agent thinks he can get this sorted out.

    Well, that sounds like the start of an apology. Is this a way back? One things for sure, that last agent caused a lot of trouble. Good riddance.

    Seen a Liverpool fan say that if Coutinho changed his agents they would see it as a positive thing. Maybe it is part of the step down on his end for this season?

    He can step down all he likes but he needs to earn his place to train with the 1st team and earn his place to start. For me that would be a long process, still don't want him anywhere near the team. Would even consider a 1/2 season loan.

    Did I read it wrong? I thought the article was saying he had changed agents back in December to Koeman's agent. I don't think there was a new agent change?

    Now Van Dijk has changed his agent again in a bid to try and hasten a transfer, but Southampton have made it clear that they are not intending to sell any of their star names this summer as they look to ‘make a statement’ not refusing to buckle to the Dutch defender’s antics.
