I've amended my post a bit to explain further, but not everyone uses it for that. I have had various forms of Kodi ( from XBMC) for years, and it is only recently that the streaming direct form the internet has been used. In the past I would burn my (bought for ) music and DVDs to my NAS drive and use Kodi just as it was meant for...as a media centre
I know what it is. But we are in a streaming thread and people are talking about Kodi. I am pretty sure they are streaming now illegal stuff.
The crime is the site streaming it. We're just all innocently surfing the internet and sometimes you stumble across things
I often find that reddit.com/r/soccerstreams always has a good enough quality stream. Normally 720p and is 100% free, no downloading or anything.
Whilst surfing the net at home in The Hague I stumbled across KODI/Sports devil/LSHunter/Football/SFC v WHU/Flash stream.
I see Sportsmania is still struggling back into life for the new season. No new subscriptions and all codes for temporary trials expired or exceeded usage. Almost as if they don't want my £50 a year!
There's a new code for a free week and they say they'll have something sorted in that time. Whether that's true or not we shall see.
Mine crashed after about 10 minutes, couldn't get a stream on any site, or any sport for that matter, including the cricket!
Mine has been really poor last few weeks, each stream is coming up with error. Trouble is I only use it on matchdays so never get around to checking settings beforehand.
Mine was on no VPN either. Quite surprised as I use mainly NBC Sports extra (US daughter's sub and smart DNS to con it that i am in US), and al the games worked...except the Saints! It said you do not have a subscription for this game. I called her and she says she didn't do anything, but I think she was having a bit of fun with me
