Yep. Reality sinking in now. We've only beat Norwich in the league and they seem to be in complete disarray.
I knew it would be a tough season for us. Still doing better than I expected with the points we've got on the board. We can't build a new team in a matter of a few months on less than 2m and expect us to look like contenders. Hopefully the promotion talk is put to bed and we can manage our expectations over our clear limitations. Then we can get behind the lads as the underdogs we are. It will serve us better than a fan base who expect more. That will just lead to another cagey season at the sol.
Worrying this though, cos player for player we are far better than Barnsley. Does this point to a continuation of the 'don't care' attitude? I'm not watching so can't comment if anyone is and can give clues?
Our defence is a shambles. I'm really hoping Kone ****s off and Browning doesn't seem to be up to scratch. Barnsley have a team full of kids out there.
I'll go have a look on twitter for that info fella. Take us a while to start playing as team, we should get stronger as the season goes on. Still believe that.
If it's not a pen it's a red, that's the rule isn't it? Pens aren't red as it's seen as a double punishment? Barnsley made us attack our fans first half by look of it as well, psychology that, unless the camera is reversed of course then I withdraw that statement, or they've moved away fans, ha.
