Well I'm excited because he's Australian, but he was also Burton's player of the season and top scorer last season, can play through the middle of the park or up top, and is on the up as a player.

What I like about Irvine is that he scores a good percentage of his goals with headers, which we lack a little at present.

He's got a good leap on him and goals from range with both feet, we've missed a long range threat since Koren left. All snapshots though rather than 25 yarders from nowhere.
I was talking about this the other day - why has no, or non I can think of, 'serious' Aussie tv ever exported here? All we've ever had are teen soaps or comedy such as Summer Heights High or Kath and Kim. I don't think I've ever seen an Aussie drama.
Check out Glitch. Pretty decent show. In general we don't make many decent dramas though, or not many I like anyway haha.
