For me, the best team to watch were Arsenal a la Pires Bergkamp Henry followed by United 98/9 side. Which were your favourite teams to watch in the Prem era?
The Arsenal side without doubt. Their football back then was sublime and in terms of quality way ahead of the rest of the league at that point in time Henry in his pomp was an absolute genius. They're the only side I've ever ensured that I wouldn't miss, as I loved watching them.
My favourite opposition Prem side is probably Sunderland circa October 2014 In seriousness though has to be that Arsenal side, though I expect some United fans will try and say different.
I liked Arsenal with Henry/Bergkamp/Pires/Ljungberg etc but their team around 98 was great as well, with Anelka, Overmars, Petit and co. In terms of comedy value, Liverpool had a patch under Houllier where it seemed like they couldn't buy a win... similar for them watching us with Moyes I'd expect.
I wouldn't argue how good to watch they were aesthetically, but I will argue until the cows come home that the treble wipes the floor with their 'invincible' tag.
****sake the OP regurgitates some boring done to death debates on a regular basis it seems I'd rather Matth with his Pogba tweets
4 out of 4 in the league for LVG vs Liverpool though Liverpool under Brenda were a good side to watch for a neutral I'd imagine, and even better for a United fan when it all come crashing down about 2 weeks after we'd all agreed it was sewn up.
