Be harsh to drop Clark after some solid displays, esp after being rested on tues.....think he'll start but could be his last start for a while....at least at left back
Assuming Kingsley's match fit, I'd start him, our full backs have been targeted as our weak link in the past couple of games and it needs to be addressed.
Is he any good? Never really noticed him before , would it be a good signing if we already had some left backs in the squad?
Larsson and Meyler will start in the middle. Personally, I'd look at sticking Batty in the middle ahead of Clark.
Forgot about Larsson. And agreed on Batty, I rate him highly, looked very tidy against Doncaster and in pre-season.
Me neither. I'm waiting for an expert to tell me what sort of player he is. you can just put growshitski up front but out wide with license to roam, he doesn't track back anyway. Or Bowen. Can Kingsley play left midfield?
In the Sunday League it is (or at least used to be) the norm for those at pitchside to occasionally use a player’s full name if they did an approved piece of play.. A usual ‘well in’ or 'nice one Steve' could sometimes turn into a: “Great tackle Stephen Kingsley” perhaps also accompanied with staccato applause With emphasis on each phoneme within the name. Why? **** knows.
