it could be, it was OK for the clubs who took him on loan but when you're forkng out cash then it might be a deal breaker
Funny that people are whinging about Toral potentially not signing if he failed his medical, and then also complaining we've signed a sick note in Kevin Stewart.
Am I? I wasn't trying to argue with you mate, just to point out an obvious flaw in relying on Robbo's assessment.
So what happened to Clucas' 'mate' on here who said he wouldn't leave cos he was happy in the area and wants to remain close to his family? I suppose Swansea is just around the corner...
I am still here, certainly not his mate but know friends of his family. Given his family are moving to Wales too Swansea will be be around the corner for them. His mum said goodbye to her work mates yesterday
I can only go on what I have been told. My mate was at a wedding with Clucas last year and he said to my mate that he loves been at City and was very settled. In May my mates wife was speaking with Clucas mum and she was saying that as long as he is playing football he was happy, they love been in Lincoln, and can't imagine him going anywhere. My guess is he has seen the club been ripped apart, and been offered a decent family relocation package. Family moving with him been revolutionary? I would say so for a 26yr old bloke, yes. Still find it odd that grown men need mummy to live around the corner. Big commitment to leave everything you have built up for your son, but then they are a close family. Fair play to him and his family. By all accounts very lovely people.
Well let's see if there is anything happening today regarding transfers in time for tomorrow nights game. Is it a week today transfer deadline day and we need a few but the pace we seem to go at regarding transfers I wonder how many we will get in? We live in hope
Yeah I think it's odd too, but it doesn't hide the fact it didn't stop him being transferred. You talk about the club being 'ripped apart' as if it's new information. That was happening when you said he wouldn't go.
