The Tigers have acted quick to replace him and we expect that at least two players could be announced today. Jon Toral will be the first having undergone a medical yesterday, while Kingsley is set to have a medical today. Despite prior reports of a loan signing, the Spaniard will sign for City on a permanent deal, setting the club back £3m.

No idea, was just speculating on the back of players preferring to leave. Just seems that some we try and sign we piss around with and negotiations break down, but others on the verge of signing elsewhere for more 'stable' clubs decide to come to us last minute.
