I know it's early days, but TC doesn't appear to be out of his depth, despite only having managed in Cyprus. Probably to do with the fact that he was the best striker in the Bundeslige at one point, so he knows what the game's about and has been there and bought the t-shirt. If that turns out to be the case Radz may just have stolen a march on some of the big continental clubs, and proves what a shrewd operator he is. You get a feel of iron fist in velvet glove from both these guys. So far, I like what I see off the pitch as well as on.
