Wasn't saving that one, unlucky mate. I'm sure he'll be a good buy over the season, top keeper and Everton don't concede many. Probably get the odd assist too eh.
And it will only get worse when he joins the mags on loan and croaks himself for the season within a month.
The lad has got some serious thinking to do contemplating his next move in a career that is quickly fizzling out
Dont think Wilshire is in a good place at the moment, is he an example of too much too young or a case of his ability has been completely overhyped by the southern media. Be interesting to see how Whinger (sorry Wenger) handles him now.
He's certain of it and he's got the ability to back it up. Don't mean he's cocky but that his confidence is rock solid. Handy for a keeper.
What do you reckon to City's new keeper? Never heard of him before, he seems more solid than Bravo from the little I've seen.
He looks a bit average so far mate, he's got away with flapping at a few crosses on debut, was weak on Rooneys goal Monday. Doesn't look like 35 million that's sure! Pep has only ever bought one decent keeper, ter Stegen, but he refused to play him!
Strange weakness for a manager to have innit, the inability to sign a good keeper. Pep could ask anyone in football who the best ten keepers in the world are and sign one of them but for some reason he blanks the obvious candidates. Surely it's better to have a keeper who is first and foremost a great keeper but who can also play a bit than someone who's mint on the deck but can't keep goal to save his life.
