I don't know if it was exactly 15 yrs ago. Maybe 12-13. We got rid of our manager and have lurched from one disaster to the next - not least landing an odious owner who has no interest in making the club something for the fans to enjoy. We are stuck with him until some Chinese consortium decides otherwise. I'd imagine both clubs could have been sold in recent times to Chinese owners. Look at the other clubs around now owned by foreign owners - loads of championship clubs for a start.

All baiting aside for one minute - it's what both clubs do. The problem isn't the support or infrastructure so it can only be one other thing - owners. The only difference being we just seem to have managed to have at least the odd season in the last 25 yrs which has been worthwhile. Obv the spell of regular European action for 10 yrs was a cracking period for the club. However history tells us neither club has any kind of luck with owners over the last 30-40 years bar the Halls, and even then they ****ed us on the way out.
