And in an infamous story, the USS Indianapolis has been found after 72 years at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean. The historic significance is that it carried the atomic bombs parts for Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This was shark infested waters and they took plenty. If you remember Robert Shaw tells the story in the film Jaws
