Im having a Chicken and Donor kebab tonight with salad and garlic (pic to follow). Chinese really doesnt float my boat at all although i do love a nice chow mein or Curry. Im an absolute fanny with hot food so that rules indians out so i usually stick to pizza shops. Parmos are amazing by the way and tbats my usual choice. Have many on here tried one?? Im pished so excuse the grammer tbankyou please
I used to love ****e food, but I've allegedly got to watch what I eat now. Shotton tandoori takeaways, kebabs, Chicken chow mien. I used to have two or three a week before me hearty. Can't think what brought it on? I still stray more than I should but I can't help it sometimes. So easy though, isn't it?
Tikka chicken starter Bhuna prawn on puree Onion Bhaji Chicken Sri Lankan Cashew nut pilau Keema naan Popadoms Injuns ^ Singapore chow mein Or Special fried rice Chinese ^ Pizza or kebab or both with all trimmings ^ local is awesome Parmo Ocassionaly In that order
Don't have many at all these days been on a relatively healthy diet (not including alcohol) for a while. Have Dominos once or twice a month that's probably my favourite from the ones round here. Place down the road does a good chicken and doner kebab which you don't even have to be pissed to enjoy.
Had a first takeaway this year last week. Chinese. Love salt and Chile fish. But the idea of takeaways leaves me cold.
For health reasons or because you're not bothered about them? I find the longer I eat healthy for the less fussed I am about them and I feel guilty for eating things I would have guzzled without a second thought before. Gets a bit daft at times.
Haven't eaten a kebab in 30 years mate. Got a shock 30 years ago about my cholesterol level and went veggie for a few years. I have maybe 5 or 6 sausage or burgers a year at friends barbeques. Just because it's there. I just got used to not eating meat. I eat so much fish now, and lamb on occasion, but I just don't get excited by meat any more.
It wont let me upload my pic it says file too big. Im as stuffed as Montys arse after a night at the Pink flamingo.
Like a Parmo when over on Teesside visiting family. Lamb Jalfreezi from the local Indian is my favourite at present but only do take aways half a dozen times,a year so its like a treat you can look forward too.
Last takeaway I had was pepperoni pizza. I used to love Chinese house special fried rice but last time I had one I got a piece of meat stuck in my esophagus. Couldn't swallow at all, couldn't even handle my saliva, had to spit it out. Ended up in hospital & had an endoscopy t get the motherfucker out. Never eaten it since.
Nightmare marra.... when I'm home I have at least 3-4 a week. It's all about the chilli sauce & garlic !!! I love 'red hot / spicy' food... I put dried chilli flakes in almost every meal.!! Ps. Love the odd 'Parmo' too
Tabasco sauce makes owt palatable. The Yanks always had it in their rat packs. We would swap them for Worcester sauce as they couldn't get it Win, win for both.
Teesides finest. Escalope of chicken or pork with Bechamel sauce and grated cheese. I always buy a Bolognaise one. It has bolognaise sauce inbetween the bechamel and grated cheese.
