Campbell is a striker Dio is a striker (yes he is, shut up) Bowen is technically a striker who has been converted into a winger. I won't count Luer as he's technically a reserve player. Clucas can also play as a striker. We have options, when we play with just one out and out striker then the need for a plethora of them is zero.
Which does appear to be the general rule for a prolific champ striker. We've got to be a bit creative though as we were with Campbell
Still think Leigh Griffiths at Celtic would be decent as a replacement for Hernandez. Would Celtic dare charge £20m for him? Suppose tempting him away from the Champion's League would be an issue.
Until Campbell scores some goals for City I dont know if he is a decent striker He was once But.....is he now
See that's reasonable given his record and it wouldn't cost Celtic that much to find a goal scorer capable of dominating the SPL. I'd be tempted to go for it. Of course, Ehab wouldn't and that's all that matters.
There is no way on this earth Clucas is a stiker or can play as a striker. I am assuming the definition of a striker is a player who plays 'up front' and scores goal regularly given an appropriate amount of goal scoring opportunities. 1 in 3 is the conversion rate used I believe.
He played as a striker for chesterfield and scored 5 in 12 in league one, which isn't a bad return. Looked good when moved there late in games under Bruce.
