Yep whether you like it or not he's come as head coach not as manager. I don't like it but that's what foreign coaches do for the most part.

Other clubs may also have a situation where someone other than the Head Coach handles the transfers, but I'm pretty sure they're still told what the **** is going on.

I can just picture it. Everybody training away. Suddenly a big bastard in a suit and sunglasses pulls into the training ground in a jet black Mercedes and whispers something into Sams ear. Everybody sees but tries not to look. Sam doesn't say a word to anyone and just walks off the training pitch, never to be seen again. Nobody questions anything, it's never spoken about.
