Frustrating night. Our team this time last year would have put 5 past this lot. Says it all really.

A wins a win though. 2 away goals. Happy days.

 

Yeah of course the better pitch suites them, come with banter and come with an alternative view by all means but leave that **** at the door Diego.

Give over, do you expect everything to go in?
The problem, as ever, is our defending.

 

They didn't lose at home in the league last year.... 2-1 win away from home is a good effort.

Let's be positive for a moment.

 

It's absolute tosh mate.

1. The desire here was absolutely pants. This is the crucial game... instead of running more we ran less, instead of sprinting inyomposition we ball watch. Instead of being calm we are rushing everything.

2. The shape is chronic. there was no number 6. No brain to say, take two steps back, fill the gap. Two guys pressing the one man at times. All too high, doing nothing nothing back too.

3. Nobody stepped in and helped Moreno. I would have assigned can to go lcm and help the lad out with the diagonal balls. Nobody even though.. hey I will just clean up the dropping balls.

4. Lovren. Joke.. complete utter joke playing lads onside, not one header won of note. Panic stations constantly.

5. Moreno... Jesus wept.

6. Most of all what annoyed me. Diving in... no need and it coughed up 5 or 6 chances. Milner was on 2 mins and dived in closing down a lad in their half. Misses everything and man runs up pitch and thry should score.

This is all basics... it's do basic it's ridiculous

We can play as well so the pitch isn't a clear advantage to them. Your post suggested that. I don't respond to you on match threads often but felt this was a bit too "Man U". Take the piss by all means but don't try and be all clever about it. Your comment is bollox.

I'm not going to get into it with you though and am signing off now, just thought I'd say like.

If I'm really talking footy on the Man U board I don't come with cheap shots.

Do you really need attention this badly?

 

One last point. Last year were were top of the "top 6" mini table and I think unbeaten?

Play like that against any top 6 English side OR play like that in cl group and we would lose by 5 or 6.

Think on lads... that was ****ing awful.

 

Do not think the better pitch will help the tight passing and close control game that Hoffenheim played either?
