It was a comparison Tobes, you seem to think your financial input contributes to your level of support. My charitable donations don't make me any better than the guy who gives his time, it's people's circumstances that determine these things - again just my opinion. If you want to control what analogies people use may I suggest designing and creating your own forum
Just an opinion mate, if you want to control what people choose to pass comment on in relation to what you post, then I suggest you set up your own forum and moderate it accordingly

Sky TV provides money to the club's, foreign support fund Sky TV to an extent. Foreign fans also buy merchandise. Should I thank them? No, I was perfectly happy as a United supporter before all this came along and would remain so should the bubble burst. A supporter from abroad will pick his team however he/she sees fit as he has none of the physical or emotional pull of a fan living in the same country, be it local affinity or family tie. It's great they can follow whichever club the choose from afar. Just awesome. Do I have an affinity or camaraderie with those supporters? No, I don't. It's called my opinion, accept it or otherwise Roofie, I don't give a toss.
