With a crack down the side, a chipped rim and stains at the bottom you get from cheap dishwasher salt.
I am indeed. I've seen Spurs do this far too many times and we're not a club that usually gets transfers done quickly.
Brace yourselves for disappointment lads. No doubt this is where we'll find out that Chelsea are about to screw us again! ..... http://www.skysports.com/football/n...get-davinson-sanchez-they-do-not-want-to-sell
Makes perfect sense. He'll be worth twice that next summer and will still have 3 years on his contract, that is if he doesn't sign the contract on the table. As I've said, this one will go down to deadline day and will be our annual 'oh well, I did try' offering.
Of course Ajax dont want to sell Davison, no club wants to lose their best player but it dosent mean they wont sell him. Money talks and theres not a lot of it about in the dutch league. If indeed Spurs have put in a SERIOUS offer then they will sell for sure.
No they won't. They're sitting on a £31m net profit this window thanks to the sales of Riedewald and Klaasen. There is nothing compelling them to sell unless the player throws a major wobbly and goes on strike - which frankly I don't want to see and would put me off signing him. They are far, far better off making an agreement with the player that he can leave at the end of the season, at which point he will probably go for £50-60m
Reads like Ajax see this kid as a serious kerching by the end of this season. Spurs cannot (and will not) put in "an offer they cannot refuse" bid.
I think what youve said will be the case with Barkley, but not Sanchez. Players are costing a fortune in today's market, so Daniel Levy wont wanna feel that those extra £'s he's spent on a Ryan Air flight to Amsterdam have gone to waste. In all seriousness, I am convinced they'll sell him this summer. What I'm worried of is Chelsea suddenly deciding to enter the race and do their annual "beating us to a player" routine.
Ajax made a fair few quid off getting to the EL final as well. They don't need to sell. He's no age and only getting more valuable. I don't see this one happening unfortunately.
There has been so much talk from many outlets that proclaim the Sanchez deal to Spurs is done or nearly done. Its similar to us when we had Bale, we didnt need to sell him or want to at the time and we probably knew he would be worth more a season down the line but Bale wanted to go and better himself and earn more money. You just cant really keep an unhappy player at your club nowadays. Liverpool dont want to sell Coutinho but they will in the end. Sanchez is probably deperate to come to Spurs to play in the premier league and earn 3 or 4 times his wages. Ajax are probably loathe to sell him but selling a couple of players already dosent mean they wont sell another. They would have made some money from reaching the Europa final but their is no tv money in Holland £30 -£40m in Holland is a huge amount of money. Ajax just dont turn that amount of money down. They are a selling club, they will bring through another talent to take his place. They probably have a prodigy ready to take over right now. Id be shocked if they keep Sanchez for another season. If i was a betting man id put money on him being a Spurs player this week.
With this in mind, how does that leave us with the Danny Rose scenario? Granted, no one has bid for him yet, but do his comments means that we're buggered if someone comes in for him?
