Stoke have come out and clearly said Joe isn't for sale. I wonder why the Yanks never came out with the same statement about Gylfi. That's how you get other clubs to back off
Clearly they want the cash. Spend some of it to keep the locals "happy", then take control of the Stadium and announce a major naming rights Sponsor. Happy days as the dollars flow back to the States......
Spot on. All the while Gylfi gets screwed over in terms of his reputation, Clement has been screwed over and we the fans have been conned big time (well those who couldn't see through their lies etc).
Who'd have thought we would have had such a ridiculous transfer farce, as if the transfer window isn't boring enough as it is here at Swansea, two days to our first game, and no Right back or another Striker on the horizon, and Siggy almost out the Liberty door................
Maybe he should air in public how he really feels. That would put pressure on the Yanks to sort the mess out asap. A bloody word or two from the Trust would help too.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/40894215 I'd go back with another bid and try £15m plus Ki. That would give Stoke food for thought.
http://www.101greatgoals.com/news/swansea-city-line-gyfli-sigurdsson-replacement/ Looks like Chadli is the strong favourite to replace Gylfi. I challenge anyone to convince me he's better than Gylfi
I'm trying to make 'The spy who came in from the cold' fit, but it won't. Such a great movie of a great book. Richard Burton at his best.
Two days before the season starts and we make a bid for Joe Allen. Why didn't we do it last month? This is incompetence on a grand scale.
Maybe because they've ****ed about for so long their original targets have either signed for other clubs or are about to sign new contracts at their current clubs?
