Ah, it's always pointed out by many yoonited fans this player and that player were individually better than counterparts at other clubs based on trophies won. Nice to see you're not part of that delusion Diego.
Mweh...they want him they'll pay what we ask for him...although that appears to be no money in the world officially. No different than Southampton. They can name their price and we have to pay it to get him. Or they stay resolute that he isn't going. All quite right and proper. Figures are meaningless now and have been for quite a while. At least until the TV subscriptions drop to the point sky etc can't pay what the PL are asking. Interesting though that people were saying we couldn't/wouldn't turn down 90+M for him. Apparently we would.. .....
Do the 2 not go hand in hand? I.e every ****ers overpaying so let's get 135?? Pretty sure that's what people quoting that mean, not Coutinho is the second best player on Earth. Think
Is 'lol' a punctuation that you use in your remedial class? £175m was mentioned too - this after the story of Dembele broke. Could be that you haven't covered irony in your class either.
Never have been, we have had plenty of journeymen that have decent medal collections because they played a part in a very good team. I would never have expect an extortionate price for any of them nor did we ask for one.
Lol means laugh out loud in text speak I suspect you know that though but you need to question this as you have no other argument to give
In the same breath we've had a few diamonds amongst many journeymen that because of a poor trophy haul at LFC aren't seen as top players because of it.
Now you are getting there, the transfer fee doesn't unsettle players, the direct promise of massive wages from a manager does
No one Is really saying he is worth 135m -I think I am certainly saying due to the way things currently stack up we should be trying to extract in the region of 240m from Barca as they are the ones in the Andy Carroll territory
