True Ellers, Amit seems to care and TonyF is meant to be a sports nut. A definite upgrade in ownership, compared to those, don't give a **** merchants.
just a shame that TF was not in place already. Really believe that we could have taken points off Bolton and Everton (at this time with some extra players). Both clubs are not at their best and i hope we dont regret this come the end of the season, for that i blame T&C who had no intentions of putting money in (only taking out), that has caused NW problems. I never want to see that muppet Dwarf at Loftus Rd again as i am sure many fans will want to give him another black eye. Anyway wont dwell on past just happy to look forward now.
Didn't I read somewhere that Bhatia & Paladini are pretty close and have a good working relationship? GP is a born survivor and will latch onto the new regime.
More Questions... and Answers? Have THEY gone yet? ALL of THEM... including Parasite Paladini? Was the sight of 'Car Crash' Briatore's arse flying up them steps at 0-3 the last we'll see of it? Has the boutique been closed down? Did Luton and Bolton help score a victory for Rangers? Has the film 'The Four Year Plan' been renamed 'The Goon Show'? Will we be able to bear watching it when it finally comes out? Will Fernandes turn out to be a Goon puppet - or his own man? Is the popular Rangers' guru AMIT BHATIA really back? Will there be a Rangers revival? Will Fernandes and Bhatia make a positive winning partnership? Will Ishan Saksena return to manage the club's finances? Will a reduction in ticket prices be possible? Will we be able to implement a youth development policy? Will we be able to get players in who can achieve 50 prem points this season? Will it be a HAPPY NEW SEASON?!! Team Lotus F1... Team Loftus FU !
Despite what most on here seem to think, Paladini does seem to command a lot of respect within the club. Didn't NW say that he's a football man through and through? He does give the impression of caring about the club! I won't be too bothered if he stays, as long as we get rid of the Flav and Bernie who clearly don't give a **** about the club!!
Neither. As I understand it Ishan Saksena is a finance whizz kid who was Amit Bhatia's close mate at university and joined him on the QPR project.
Thanks. I thought it was something like that. In answer to all your questions above....................who knows? I just hope this is the start of a settled period for us and that we can get some players in before the end of the month mate!
Happy takeover day lads!! Thursday was the day afterall. Thursday is now my favourite day of the week
I'm glad somebody else thinks that it is important. It seems that he has two other Malaysian business people in his camp, so not all of the money is his. However, I would not be surprised if he was looking at Manchester United as a business model. Load the club with debt, then sell off stock on the Asian market in a year or two when he has developed a fan base over there.
Morning all, just logged onto the beeb website and one comment caught my eye, that the new owners would not view relegation as a disaster as they view the club as a long term project. At least thats encouraging and they don't appear to be on some ego trip. Up the R's
Tbh, shouldn't really count our chickens... has to be a case of wait and see. However, after all the pressure of recent months, have to confess that the cork's blown clean off my champers before the event... there'll bit about a glass of flat stuff left by the time the balloons take off!
It is funny that over the last year (not just on here) when I have tried to put positive spins on things, tried to have a laugh and a joke, I am slapped down by the doom and gloom brigade who are fixated with Briatore and Ecclestone going. Now they are going, people start having a pop and saying that only positive posts should be posted. Anyway, what is wrong with what I said?
Who cares Eamon, just post away mate. I've been accused of being a happy-clapper from the start, no-one would believe me when I said divine intervention was the way forward. Celebrating at lunch today, might go for the Dover sole and a Petit Chabis.
