    His wife is big factor behind him being down south. So a Burnley move would be interesting

    Also who could we get that would know they are 3rd choice

    If he has asked to go for regular games that is a different matter

    I like Shane, but wouldn't say no to 15M from Burnley (who I think would suit him very well).

    And who is out there in our price range who is better and will come? When you think that Gray is 18.5m with 9 premier league goals to his name...

    I dont know, Im not aware of what our price range is - but why on earth we we try to recruit a 3rd choice striker? Dont make sense to me...

    What has Gray got to do with this? Are we buying him off Watford? I never thought it would work out for him there.

    Gray gives you an idea of what kind of fee we would need for a first choice striker. Considerably more than 18m

    And you are right. We probably won't try and sign a 3rd choice. Gallagher will become 3rd choice and we will be the slowest squad in the league

    It gives you an indication of an English striker, that come at a premium. Likely we wouldnt sign a proven EPL English goalscorer, therefore I dont believe you can compare.

    Why will we be the slowest team in the league. Did you wake up to find you glass half full this morning, or did it slowly empty to halfway as the day progressed?

    Watford is about grays level , I cant see him ever playing for a top 6 side. Decent enough prem striker though, got abit about him.
