I don't think Mane was over priced for what you received, I just didn't want us to sign him when we were linked with him. That still stands, I think he compliments your style a lot more than he fits the United blueprint.

As for Pogba, he was let down by Lingard who was by far the worst player on the pitch. We had players doing the job of two such as Smalling who was doing Lindelof's work and also Pogba who was asked to clean up Lingard's mess, against most teams we'd probably get by, but against them lot, it's always going to look worse.

The thing with Pogba is, he won't dwell on that and let it ruin our season like some weaker midfielders would, he'll get back on it and be raring to go for the weekend. If we signed players who spat their dummy out when the going got rough, then we'd never win a league title.

 

His team mates should ask him to pass, maybe that'll help him.

I did the same to my 8 year old now he's far better prepared going into this season imo. He should do quite well.

 

Well I'm sure that's on his list of things to work at, he was only 4th in the list of PL passers last season so I'm sure he'll want to improve.
