I think even the Spurs fans will agree that Wilshere is a phenomenal talent. If he wasn't so injury prone he'd be playing at the likes of Madrid and Barcelona by now.
I don't rate him. He played well for one season imo. He was **** at Bournemouth even when fully fit. Barca or Madrid
He played well in Arsenal's first team when he was 18 ffs. He then missed the entirety of the following season due to injuries. He wasn't fully fit for Bournemouth either but I'm not saying that he's still got "it" nor will he ever get "it" back. Just that had he continued his development at Arsenal as a teenager he'd be up there as one of the best in the world by now.

I'd say there's more to marquee than just the fee, especially when that fee is so small in Kante's case. You were a PL club spending £7m on a player, that's not a big deal really, it hasn't been for probably 15 years.
