It's rumoured to be a one year deal with the option of another year. He's a decent player, a current Sweden international, a seasoned pro who always gives his all and he's joining a team with a lot of kids in it, I think it' will be an excellent addition both on and off the field.
I think we'll need to recruit a second Swede to balance the books for our Scandinavian contingents. As it stands the Norwegians will have an unfair advantage in the border skirmishes on the training pitch.
It's a good signing, but at the same time can understand why there are a number of people irritated by signing another CM when we're so short in other areas
Good, that's manageable. He was a decent player and it's decent players we need for a promotion push. But it's pointless countering opinions, only TWT.
I know it's all speculative but do you think the Slut knew we'd be spending hardly any money this window?
The Tigers have added to their squad with the signing of free agent Sebastian Larsson. Experienced midfielder Larsson, 32, has agreed a one-year deal and will train with his new team-mates for the first time today. A Swedish international with 90 caps to his name, Larsson arrives at the KCOM Stadium having spent the last six years with Sunderland. Larsson, who will wear the number 16 shirt, has also played for Arsenal and Birmingham City in a career that has seen him amass more than 500 appearances in English football. Speaking to Tigers TV after signing, Larsson said: “I’m delighted to be here and I am really looking forward to this fresh challenge. “I had some options to consider, but I felt this was the best move for me to make and I can’t wait to get started now.” please log in to view this image
Not bad but its another body for our paper thin squad. Can we please spend a little money now please and bring in some quality?
That would be an interesting answer to know. Didn't Ehab state in his (staged) interview that there would be a very competitive transfer budget? And that was before £30+million sales. Unless things massively change, he's proven himself once again to be a lying ****. And yet some people still don't see it.
It doesn't really matter though, it's the quality of the signings that matters, not how much they cost, and you can't knock what we've brought in so far. We've done some great business, let's just hope the rest to come in don't disappoint and those critical positions are sorted out sooner rather than later.
