    He's talking about the supporters. "The fans will turn on the owners."

    Klopp will be pissed off, but he's used to it from his time at Dortmund.
    If Coutinho's had his head turned by Barca, then it's very hard to keep him.
    He'll be pissed off about it, but he probably won't do anything, unless they don't let him spend the money.

    The fans will turn on the owners because they'll know that Klopp has been overruled.

    Next summer he goes that's fine and expected tbh. Klopp doesn't want to sell him this window and has made that clear.

    Depends how much he wants to go imo. Coutinho looks like a professional, but if he starts being petulant then it's better to have £90m+ in the bank than having a soppy chopper who has his mind elsewhere.

    The money could be spent on two new players for Liverpool who'd bring more to the team than Coutinho ever could, he's not a title winner, I don't remember him being that much of a big game player either.

    Liverpool could probably look at bringing in Aubameyang and maybe another for that money, it's abundantly clear that he's not getting a move to Real Madrid at this point so he'll have to lower his expectations. PEA will smash Coutinho's contributions out of the park.

    Our formation for next season is built on Coutinho though. He's dropping deep to allow a front 3 of Mane, Firmino and Salah. He's been so good in that position for us and Brazil, without him we lack creativity in the middle.

    I think it's too late to properly replace him this window.

    I'm expecting him to go but I'm hoping next summer.

    One thing is clear, if we sell we'll get a shed load of cash. In a way it's a win win if the owners reinvest.

    I just think selling now would cause too much discontent from the fans and Klopp towards the owners.

    We'll see...

    He should be driving Coutinho to the airport for that amount of money.

    I'm sure he can buy three players capable of giving him ten decent games a season to replace him.
