They did. They've booed him when announcing his name in the line ups at the start etc.

Maradonna never cheated against England either <whistle>

I think they booed Gatlin when he walked out before the race which is Ok ish but the crowd should have given him the silent treatment when he got his medal

Disagree. It was the perfect opportunity to highlight the issue and that the IAAF should have banned him for life. Because of this, people are now having a very public and open debate about it.

Yeah. He gets the same treatment every time he's running in Britain.

Ironically, Christine Orghugu (or however you spell it <laugh>) became World and Olympic 400m champion and was proclaimed a hero in Britain despite a drug ban.

I still didn't notice, lol. The extent of the booing after the race was very unusual in athletics, but overall Gatlin deserves it. He should have been kicked out of the sport a long time ago.

He'll be retiring soon and the sport can move on - if the lessons have been learnt.

Heres the one that bugs me. All the tour de france guys are legends for doing what they do but team Sky have had a dodgy package claim AND old wiggo is allowed to take "drugs" for his "asthma". These TUEs are all bollocks. If you have Asthma tough ****, just like my lack of height and muscles shouldn't mean i get to take steroids.

Controversial, not accusing you of anything but what if that was a Welshman? Not her fault she has more. I bet you see a range of different athletes with different Testosterone/blood cell count etc etc. Maybe we should start letting them EPO/injecting themselves til everyones equal :p.

We should ban Bale for being super fast and having stronger leg muscles.

Before the race they spent ages talking about her on the BBC. There was a fantastic Long Jump competition going on outside which received virtually no coverage!

Where the **** have I suggested race here? It's a fact that she has an unfair advantage over other women. It's not her fault, but it's not fair on the other female athletes either.

I enjoy the long jump. It's always a competition that delivers high quality competition.

One of the women was disqualified from a field event this afternoon for failing a drugs test. She couldn't get her cock in the bottle.
