    ****ing awesome!

I thought the dragon was going to eat Jamie Lannister. He's one of my favourite characters now where I couldn't stand him in season 1-3. Bron killing that Dothraki soldier with the bolt was class too.

I think Danny has lost the trust of Tyrion now. She's becoming like the mad king. Barbaric. He wasn't happy at all.

I expect Jon Snow to bend the knee now. Dany gave him the same speech about 'pride getting in the way of saving his people' as he gave to the King beyond the Wall when trying to convince him to bend the knee to Stannis.

The Arya and Littlefinger stare down was interesting too. She could read him but he couldn't get a read on her imo. I think she'll kill him before the end of this season.

Yeah I thought he was a gonner lol.

The burning men everywhere was just brilliantly awful lol...

I think reality has set in with Tyrion just exactly what being on the opposite side of his family means now. Tbf to Dani, she took tyrions and jons advice not to melt a castle lol.. How many more episodes before we have some hill billy family lovin?

Little Finger should be ****ed but then he's little finger lol. Sansa's face as she realised the patronising shed done to Aryia wasn't worth **** and she's now ****ing lethal lol.

Bran worries me as a character. He could make writing lazy with his see all hear all stuff. The fact he's not Bran anymore might keep him aloof enough to keep things to himself...what's his end game though? Obviously it's above the politics of westeros.

    several key moments.

Bran gives arya the dagger, Valerian steel... sets her up as both assassin and night walker killer.

Arya fight with the heifer was just super.

Then there's the cave.. this one will be talked about. Did he or didn't he. What did they agree? This one unseen moment defibes the direction in the future.

Mr dickless wonder turns up and John gives it large.

And then the epic. The camera work with Bron was superb work. The low angle and flight was brilliant. The battle itself and Dragon was superb cgi... superb.

The only thing was I couldn't but help wonder if ed Sheeran was on fire.

And still..... the hound is headed north for an epic last stand.... dorn is not dealt with so is the poison working or yet to work?

I think that Valerian dagger will be used by Arya to kill Littlefinger. It will bring the show full circle as the dagger kick started the whole thing.

Arya's fight scene with Brienne was brilliant. Arya was sending a message to Sansa/Littlefinger there.

I don't think Jon bent the knee, something like that would need to be done on screen surely?

Looks like from next weeks preview that's Dany is now losing Tyrion and Varys loyalty/support very quickly. Once they mine the dragon glass and turn it into weapons and have a big enough army, the WW will be defeated easily.

Looking at the way Jamie was watching his soldiers burn, I think they've planted the seed for Dany to be the 'big bad' by the end of the series.

As for Bran, I can't wait to see what happens with him. His personality changed as soon as he got touched by the NK. I think he's seen something which has made him, seemingly, cast aside his humanity as it were.

    I actually completely disagree.

You might be right on the dagger to little finger but it's not the end game at all there.

Daenerys will not lose tyrion or very... tyrion was telling us his borther was the idiot. I can see him talking to jamie and letting him go.

I completely disagree on the whitewalkers. This is the ultimate end game and I can see this battle being completely epic. The battle to come will have to be utterly spectacular to top this mid season special.

Anyway......what I want to know is how to explain neuron having an armada and being able to draw it when the greyjoys could not even take a piss pot in the north just a short while before. The whole greyjoys armada is rather convienent for the plot imo.

How can the best ships be taken by the dickless wonder and his sister yet then suddenly neuron has an even better fleet and be able to draw it.

Arya has a very important role in the end game - the Valerian dagger has confirmed this for me. That and the fact they showed that she could have easily killed Brienne if she wanted too.

The books are setting Dany up to go mad like her father, I think that today's episode brought her a bit closer to the book version - she doesn't listen to anyone and wants everyone to bend the knee out of fear of death, not out of respect. Her way of taking power is no different to that of Cersei, she'll destroy anyone in her path - she's close to becoming a psychotic dictator.

As for the NK, there needs to be a big part of an episode before the impending showdown, to revolve around him. There's more than meets the eye with the NK I think.

As for the Greyjoys, they ****ed that storyline up big time. Euronis a much bigger player in the books.

BIG BOOK SPOILERS BELOW FOR THOSE WHO HAVENT READ THE BOOKS!!!!

Just like they've done with the Targareyns. In the books, Rhaegars son Aegon survived - it is believed that Varys smuggled him out of KL before the Mountain got to him.

He has an army too - the Golden Company (10,000 strong) which Cersei said she's going to hire in today's episode. He plans to marry Dany in the books. I wonder if they're about to bring him into the equation because many believe that a Tyrion is a Targ too. He's not.

Just watched episode 1 of season 7 again.

Doesnt this look like the Valerian Steel knife? Would explain why Bran asked LF who was the original owner?

It adds further intrigue to Arya's role in the end game. Can't see her killing the NK, that's Jons role, but I think she's now becoming as equally important as him.

Don't know how to do the spoiler bit, but thought Arya was impressive in this latest episode.

Press plus button beside the video button and spoiler is in drop down.

I think so yes, Aryan before this has a very short long list and killing cercei made no sense at all given how cercei v deanryis is the story this year. Now she has a purpose.... BUT.....

I really think this dagger ties all the way back to the first moments of the show. Who sent the assassin to kill bran, who paid for it, why was such a rare dagger sent with a throw away **** assassin.... why did little finger tell Caitlyn stark it was his... what did sam see in the book you showed.

Will Aryan slit little fingers off with the dagger... it's a great tool that ties season one to season seven.. and all that little finger has been up too all along
