It is worth **** all just now because it hasn't been launched and to be honest, we should actually just give shares as opposed to a %age and then if all goes to plan just dilute the shares so we don't have to pay out as much when we sell.

If I were to invest I would be relying on you selling the company for at least £1m in order to get my capital returned. If the intention is to sell within 2 to 3 years I'd be looking at risking £10k in order to get a maximum of £2.7k and hope the business sells for more than £1m. As I don't have any idea what the projected running costs and income will be, I think it's too much of a risk for me. So, for those reasons, I'm afraid I'm out.

Also I don't have £10k to spare

 

PS. If you go for re-conditioned look for a business that re-conditions PCs coming from a business that re-equips every couple of years and buys solidly made ones (as opposed to the flimsy things sold to the public).

I'm not looking for investors on here and like I said the guy who owns the company we have copied the blueprint from has just knocked backed selling for €35 million

 

If you can copy it monacoger why is someone trying to buy the other company for €35m? Why don't they just copy it? Maybe the other company has built up some valuable assets (eg they could own property that they are time sharing). Have you looked into the accounts of this other company?

We have poached people who worked for them or more like one of them came to us for a job interview for something completely different and we asked what he did at the company he was working for and he explained the model.
