Yes i am serious, i am getting so ****ing wound up by Ashley and his cronies and the way our Football club is being run into the ground that maybe the best thing that could happen is for the mackems to stuff us like we did to them last season.
Okay the In-breeds would have a lot of fun at our expense but would the backlash be enough to force the Fat git to open his pockets or take the long walk?
Where has the money all gone?
Why are we still allowing youngsters to go on loan when our squad is threadbare?
How can any club start a season without a ****ing Left back in the squad?

Is there any genuine Newcastle fan on here who wants to defend Ashley?

I'd be interested to see what you have to say!!!!!

I wouldn't defend Ashley but saying you hope they stuff us is moronic.

Could never wish for defeat by the dark side. Regardless of how I feel about Ashley and co, and how they go about running the football club, I support Newcastle United not them. I want us to win every single game, whether its an important league game or a friendly. The players are caught in the middle and the fans need to give them our backing. Nothing will change the course Ashley and co are on, so moaning about it, wishing ill on the team, protesting, or just not going will achieve zilch. Its not a case of just accepting being trodden on either, its a case of accepting we have no power and he can do as he pleases.

And all said and done, despite having the bollocks ripped out of the team in the last two years and going into the season understrength in certain areas, we're not looking too bad. I admit if we don't sign a left back and a striker we'll be severely handicapped but for me its just about ignoring all the bollocks that goes on in and around the club, turning up on a Saturday and supporting the 11 on the pitch. Thinking too much about it just serves to drive you a little more insane and depressed.

But what else would bring him to his senses or get the faithful to rebel?
Surely a good result against them would just allow him to continue to ruin the club, papering over the cracks is not the answer!
How can any Team in the league start the season with a weaker squad than the previous season and expect to progress?

Faithful will rebel and do what exactly? Losing to the Mackem won't do a thing with regards to Ashley but give them bragging rights til the 2nd tie.

How is the team worse than last year? We sold Nolan (who would have probably struggled to make 1st team this year) Routledge (who was on loan end of last season) & Jose (yeah he's a loss but we'll get another left back in or use Fergie a youngster who hasn't gone on loan)
and brought in 3 or 4 1st teamers.

We are only weaker at left-back and we are in negotiations over 3 players for that slot so grow up and support your team.

We wont have a weaker squad if we can get two more decent players in. But your reaction is pretty stupid. Could be Everton.... they have not signed anyone. (they havent lost any to be fair)

Whats living in Reading got to do with it?
if you are happy starting the season without a genuine left back, with both of last seasons top scorers sold and with less squad members then i'm glad for you, but i am not, who is going to score our goals this season?
I will be supporting our team as i have done all my life but if you cannot see what this idiot is doing to us then you are blind.

what a dumb comment to make. irrelevant of ownership a true Toon fan would NEVER wish his team to get beat... simples.

Look its simple though Rok, would you agree if we get a quality striker and a quality left back we will be at least as strong as last year, if not a little stronger depth wise? If so then don't whinge until 31st August when the window shuts. Its not ideal we have not got them all in place as I say, it would be nice to be settled. But every team in the league is still plugging their gaps!

A hatred of life built up through having to reside in Reading?

Im the biggest critic of Ashley but wanting to get stuffed is a different matter.

    Morning Rokk.

    Hope your well.

I don't think the squad is actually weaker (apart from Jose).

Nolan out and a younger, fitter player in Cabaye has replaced him.
Routledge out but Obertan has been brought in as his direct replacement. Jury is still out if he's better but I have faith he will be.
Marveaux brought in and he's a talented player when not injured.
Ba is better then our current crop of strikers but we still need another to bolster the attack.

Overall; I see us in a better position to attack teams on the break than l@st season (hate skimwords!!).

As for losing the derby to force Mike to either spend or quit? I don't share your sentiments as it won't force him to do anything. He'll just continue as he sees fit and there is pretty much nothing we can do about it.

I think there is actually more sense to this then I first though. At this current rate we are probably going to end up with Pieters and some random striker that will neither satisfy us as fans or the current crop of stars that are looking for more positive and ambitious signings. If we were to hammer Sunderland the chances are we'd end up with only one of the two previously mentionned. If we were to get beat and be exposed in all areas of the pithc, then surely Fat Mike would be forced to open his wallet and we'd see 3 or 4 new signings that could majorly benefit us in the long run...

I'll still be supporting TOON obviously but I think this lad has a point....In a strange, sick, twisted kind of way...

Rokky being forced back by a tidal wave of happy clappers. "We are stronger then last season" - they chant methodically.

With a glazed look in their eye.
