I reckon that it's all games and that's why Virgil felt necessary to do this. Worried his chance was going.
Have to disagree, he's slowed down in putting money into the club but i don't think he was playing the long game when he decided to spend loads on the club. Recently he has slowed down in just spending willy nilly (whether that is due to FFP or not) but he's spent (supposedly) 1 billion on the club already so he's hardly made a profit on the club.
Paul Merson's season predictions: Man City for the title, Arsenal to miss out on top four? http://www.skysports.com/football/n...for-the-title-arsenal-to-miss-out-on-top-four
Yep and it's not a concern for the money men at United. The Glazers may be ****s but they're business savvy ****s.
Don't know but there's still plenty left over for transfers isn't there Cuthbert? Henry on the other hand seems to be hoarding the majority.
Can only hope that Klopps "these 4 will do" was a prompt....on dick van dyke to make the move. If so it's worked....now we'll see how Southampton respond. On the Coutinho front....hes clearly not going to submit a transfer request so tell Barca to come back next year.
The only chance we have is if he refuses to move elsewhere and if we don't take the piss on valuation. Players have a tendency to be swayed by money elsewhere so am not holding my breath.
Liverpool have behaved in a professional manner since Southampton reported them to the Premier League. They cannot blame Liverpool for VVD's decision for handing in a transfer request.
