    Doesn't seem lightweight at all in that video! He's a big guy, with speed and good technical skills, basically a younger upgrade on Davis (who I really like as a player). Looks a good fit, so now I'm hoping it's true! <laugh>

    I still don't think he'll ever be PL level personally, but willing to give him a year as 4th choice here as it prevents the need to sign a striker.

    Gallagher is a tough one. Needs to be around the squad to see what we have, but at absolute best he is going to be 3rd choice, and more likely 4th choice. Which means he will maybe get the cup games and thats it really. His development would probably be better served by another loan to a better Champ club than Blackburn were and then re assess next year.

    Gallagher definitely implied that he signed a new contract because he would get opportunities here....be a bit strange if he is loaned out again....unless that was always part of the deal. The plan is surely for him to be a back up at SMS.
