If one person names themselves will you stop or will you just discount their opinion because your opinion is more important? How many would it take to convince you?
My feeling is we need a bit more time to gel and get up to speed, that's just guesswork though as I haven't seen any pre season other than highlights. If we lose but at least show some signs of being a bit more incisive with our play then that will do for me. On the other hand if we win 3-0 then we could be really rocking and rolling this season.
How many you got? You've always implied it was a majority! Struggling to come up with names, are we? Off to set up some more accounts? Oh, now we have a new development. So I now discount peoples opinion because my opinion is more important? Where did that come from? Another diversion added to avoid admitting you lied? Again. As an aside to the match. In my opinion both Chippy and WJ are both great posters. Their match reports and players assessments are always worth reading and even if I don't agree, I consider their opinions worthy of consideration. But it's the way they bicker on here like two school girls that I really like...I do sometimes wonder which one is the biggest girls blouse with all their bluster. You see the problem is WJ cares too much and Chippy would have you believe that he couldn't care less which makes for a fascinating meeting of the minds or should I say egos.
More pish. Still avoiding naming your list. I will persist until you do. And your 'if' comment is laughable. If it's serious. Do you know how to construct & interpret a sentence. But I digress. Name your list of names or shut up. This is supposed to be a match thread. Take your nonsense elsewhere.
Jammy, he's made an accusation that he's made many times before. I find it very tiresome to see it mentioned in thread after thread. He has this obsession that I believe I am speaking for everyone, and implies that there are quite a number of people on here who agree with him. I've got sick of it & I'm calling him out to name names. He either won't or can't, but he won't relent. Now put yourself in my position. Would you accept this nonsense? Would you accept it if it had been going on for years? Would you be as patient as I have been? He has the opportunity to end this 'bickering' immediately. He started it, so he can end it so, so easily. Either he shuts up & effectively admits he's been lying, or he provides this list of names that compels him to persecute me. It's quite simple, really. But he won't do it. Am I really being so unreasonable?
WJ, I always admire the way you defend your honour and integrity. However the situation would seem to be similar to a boy poking a bear with a stick...now in real life the bear would eventually eat the boy once he became sufficiently irritated by the prodding. As this is an online situation that recourse is not open to you, so you seek the impossible whilst allowing yourself to be continually prodded. Your satisfaction in this (and the same goes for anyone else who has an online war of words) should always come from within. If you consider your views to be fair and reasonable and you believe you have the respect of the majority of posters then you have always have the upper hand. Trying to extract blood from stones is a lengthy and time consuming exercise but feel free to continue if it's the holy grail you seek.
