Well, for a start, we don't know whether any or all of that is true - and even if it is, I fail to see how Klopp leaving will benefit us in any way. Why cry before we're hurt? Let's wait and see what happens, and learn the full story behind it, before stringing anyone up.
If, I said, and I fail to see how Klopp staying there when FSG have acted behind his back will benefit us in any way in the long-run.
I love 'em. In a free scoring game I always have faith in us to bag another. In the dour, grinding games when we're struggling to break down a defence I don't. In my memory the 1-0s of last season were pretty dire affairs, and 1-0 with 15 minutes to go shreds my nerves much more than the open ones where anything can happen.
Well, we're going to have to agree to disagree on this. I won't be joining any FSG Out parade on the basis of an unsubstantiated rumour about something that hasn't even happened yet. I'll wait for the full story before I pass judgement.
What's the alternative though? Saying that, like Moreno given a shot there, but maybe experience is needed.
Now, now- Paul Ince has told us to forget Coutinho, Milly is the best player at the club. If Paul Ince says so it must be true.
Think of it another way, with regards to rumours. One minute they're accused of only being in it for the money - the next they're accused of wanting to let him go for (relative) peanuts. This doesn't make any sense at all. One rumour frequently is in direct contradiction of another, which is why I trust them less than the owners.
So if we manage to keep Couthino....which I'd be surprised at! Plus add one decent CB And one decent CM Would it be a decent window? 3 weeks to go and hardly any players sold and main targets (aside from Salah) not signed, we lagging the competion somewhat. Anything (or nothing) could happen yet....
