Unless of course Ehab ****s it up by not offering enough money. We lost out on Neymar because of that.
Old style forward then like Chillo or Malcolm McDonald? Most forwards these days seem to prefer the number 10.
I'm purely being optimistic, as it's a Friday! Players don't have a desire to play for any team unless it's a massive club( excluding MASSIVECLUB) where money is no object, so I don't generally hold out for that blow your socks off signing. If hernandez moves on as with any other player so what, we get someone else. There is no obligation let alone loyalty to play your heart out for any team or fans. Even our 'world beating left back' who had only played a handful of games for us,was a home grown, city fan, had no loyalty, so why should we care who comes and goes. It's the same with any team in the championship, players are just mercenaries. I just hope that we get some decent players, that's all I'm asking for!!!
Not sure how Sky get City's spend to be £7.5m so far. Only paid fees for Stewart and Mazuch haven't we?
You can't quote that there are a few that won't believe that for sure!!! Shocking when you look at it isn't it
Not really, money can't buy success, particularly in this league. The amount of teams that have chucked money at promotion and how many times has it worked out?
But you look at that table, compare Boro to Sunderland. Which ones has the best chance of going back up?? I would say money is giving them a good chance of going back up in this league......... although i can agree with you to a certain extent. Its not the amount of money we haven't spent that bothers me its the fact that we have replaced the bodies lost.
Everyone seems to be ****ing into a frenzy about Boro, but personally I'd be disappointed spending all they have for what they've got.
