If we get £48 milliom for Siggy by the time he gets a payment because he has not asked for a transfer and Spurs get their 10% it will probably leave about £37/38 million for reinvestment. On the subject of foreign owners Pulis is not very happy at WBA because the Chinese owners are reluctant to spend in the transfer market so we are not alone.
I saw a report yesterday about spending so far in this window. We are 16th in that 'league' - 15 teams have spent more than us, 4 teams have spent less.
I think we can shovel this in with all the other **** reports about Siggy Valley. I notice none of the red tops have bothered following it up, you'd think they would what with all the interest and especially as the tweet was dated yesterday. Its just a tweet from a twat if anything, a local golf coach fishing for business it would seem and I cant find the original anywhere.
4.8m to Spurs, 2.4m to Sigurdsson for being so loyal, £2.4m to his agent, for being such an honest pillar of society, £24m to the yankee hedge benevolent fund. Still enough for 3 Jenko specials there...............
You mean you're going to curry favour with some Swansea City player who will give you more duff information on Sigurdsson...?
Steve Williams? a golf pro is putting the news out there? Par for the course I suppose...............
Its all too exciting for me so I'm off to watch Atomic Blond with Brunhilde now, no choice, her turn to choose
Same figure being quoted by a couple of Everton lads as well. I was told it was done earlier in the week, but Connolly has apparently said 'no ta' to being used as a makeweight. The worst and most arduous negotiation we've had in years apparently.
