The FA aren't the British legal system, they make and break their own "rules" if and when it suits them.
well case was dropped and we've not bid here until they pick up the damned phone and move. I wish they'd just offer the **** to chelsea and be done with it now.
i hope 15th in the table is good enough for you cos you are doing far more harm to yourselves than you are doing to us or the player sell him to cheslea ffs, get it done and move on for your own sakes. I will guarantee you your striker is right now looking at this and is thinking what if someone comes for me... i should never have signed for this lot.. and players looking to sign for you will be thinking... hmm.. can i get the same at another less stubborn club... LFC can go buy someone else easy enough like.... kind of reminds me of a child standing in the rain stamping their feet cos they were told to come in before it rained.
Goodness, isn't that true, and if you challenge them Man U will appoint an 'independent' panel to confirm how impartial they are.
No player will sign a new contract for Southampton without a release clause, which could easily cost them £100m in lost profits over the next few seasons
15th doesn't seem unreasonable, at this stage. Giving in to players demands as soon as they spit the dummy out, well that seems unreasonable to me.
Could be said about any of the Soton players with any ambition. Lets be honest players move to Soton cause they are a good stepping stone club, under the impression that if they do well a bigger club will come along and buy them. Without a Oildaddy coming in and buying the club, Soton have reached the top of their level, top 10 with an occasional cup final.
ah well theres always the desperate and needy who will always sign a contract. the likes of shane long and that. Feeder clubs need to play ball or they get a rep like spurs and suddenly they might have a few good players but they find it very hard to find a player to buy all of a sudden. Not to worry spurs fans of course cos that Jansson lad is pure... well... point proven. Spurs are well known for being hard to deal with. agents don't ring up spurs saying how about you bid for my lad. he'd love to play for you. Southampton for Romeu out of cheslea yeah? maybe the next romeu is desperate enough to escape the hell that is cheslea but then again.. they might just go to bournemouth.
Best way to guarantee consistently getting top half of the PL is to cosy up to a bigger team like Everton did with Man Utd and you had the chance to with us Sometimes you have to take their #rejects but long term it's better overall
who do you think we could give to southampton to ease their pain... a phil neville equivalent...... let me see.. milner... origi (saints would be happy to see him wouldn't they)
I agree they all do this and 3 years and that and some lads want to be off.. thats just the nature of the game now. too many agents in ears. saints want to act like the wronged party but they knew exactly what they were doing offering a naive fool a 6 year contract. to be shcoked he reacts angrily when he finds he was duped is a bit rich.
Watford express interest in Liverpool full-back please log in to view this image By Conor Laird on Thursday, August 3, 2017 According to a report from the International Business Times this evening, Watford have made an enquiry for Liverpool defender Alberto Moreno West Ham desperate for Manuel Lanzini to sign a new contract amid Liverpool rumours
His manager drove the lad all the way to melwood and begged Rogers to buy him. Doesnt sound like spurs were his first choice there
He's now stuck when he would actually like to join a bigger club... poor fella Have to feel for the guy.. really do.
