    198 million pound for Neymar. I don't really understand why PSG feel they need him seeing as they have Hatem Ben Arfa, Julian Draxler, Jesé, Di Maria and Lucas.

    Yeah can argue he's better than those options but Draxler and Di Maria are excellent players.

    Time for us to swoop in for Draxler :bandit:

    Its a political move driven by a need for qatar to prove its still got clout. Naymar's dad is quite sore about the tax and he's dragged his son from his ideal club to a nothing league....

    In short daddy is a dickhead.

    Apparently Neymar's Dad asked PSG not to bid for Neymar until after 31/7/17 as Neymar's Dad was on a bonus of £23m if Neymar stayed until 31/7/17. Agents, and if a player's parents are agents it is worse, just see their cut all the time. Sod the player. I mean what is the point in Neymar going to the French league where he will operate at 60% for most games and PSG will still win. The only challenging games he will have will be the later stages of the CL. The move certainly will not improve his game or his chances of a Balon D'or

    Imo there is a case where Barca could try show that the letter but not intent was met and see if they could go to court over that 23mil.

    As I said it's all about daddy here.

    I don't think we will see neymar in the golden balloon in the next 2 years or something.

    Nope, can't see a player in the French league wining the Balon D'or for a long time, the league isn't competitive enough or watched enough. He'd be best off waiting it out at Barca and as he moves into his prime, Messi will be phasing out. Almost certain it's Neymar's dad/agent pushing this through and whispering in his ear just to get a tidy little sum at the expense of his son's career.

    CL play-off line up is complete now.

    Ajax and Kiev going out is good as it moves CSKA and Sporting up to the seeds so can't play em now.

    Trips to Turkey are always tough and Nice are a decent side. :

    What happened to Celtic? Thought they won and went through?

    young boys and Bucharest look the easier of the ties. Turkey is tricky place but not heard of that team before

    Ah got it. I'd rather be in that group of unseeded teams than seeded in our side! Much easier teams in that Champ seeded group
