Pre-season games can often be a bit of a damp squib, but Mauricio seems keen to show us fans what he and his team are all about! I've got some hope that the only thing thats going to be damp is me.
The rain sure is persistent. God how I love an English summer. Not sure how many tickets have been sold for tonight, but can see plenty not bothering, as a result of the weather.
I've got tickets with my daughter and brother and his boy. They can only go on Saturday so I was going to pop down on my own tonight convincing myself I wouldn't mind a bit of rain. But I've just been out to the shops and if it's like this I'll probably have to duck out. Really p'd off as want to be among the first to welcome the new gaffer. Hope it lets up just a bit!
